Your data, clearly explained

Saved records are stored on the service backend. Guest records are associated with an opaque browser cookie; signed-in records are associated with your Portal identity.

Platform credentials are managed by service.connects. Portal access tokens held by this app are encrypted at rest and never returned to the browser. Login requires the service operator to configure credentials.

A draw retains its winners, alternates, counts and rules. The complete participant list is not saved with a completed draw. Scheduled draws retain their input list until execution. Secret Santa retains assignments and private invitation tokens.

Publishing a result or game makes it accessible by link and in the public directory. You can make it private or delete it from your dashboard. Keep Secret Santa invitation links private.

The operator must add its identity, privacy contact, retention policy and any jurisdiction-specific terms before public launch.
